* Improve GitHub logo (1)

Fix Octocat’s tentacle - not quite thick enough.
Minimal geometry changes made with ‘Yqnn/svg-path-editor’, no change in file size.

* Improve GitHub logo (2)

Correct background colour to better match official brand mark.

* Improve GitHub logo (3)

Re-generate reference PNG image for comparison.

* Improve GitHub logo (4)

Update the Android VectorDrawable.
Edited by hand, with new values from SVG.
